The Masked Singer 2023 LIVE Anteater and Hibiscus' performances slammed as 'terrible' as fans th

A NEW episode of The Masked Singer aired last night and some fans are not happy with some of the performances.

Donut, Candelabra, Hibiscus, and Anteater performed for the very first time in the competition on One Hit Wonder Night.

Later in the show, following their solo performances, Anteater and Hibiscus competed against each other in the Smackdown, singing Hey Mickey by Toni Basil.

Some fans didn't find the performance worthy of their time, with one person writing on X, formerly Twitter: "They were both terrible, even more so in the Smackdown. Neither one was really even singing the song, just speaking it."

While Hibiscus was unmasked and revealed to be former Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps in a shocking moment, Anteater was saved until Trolls Night next week.

Meanwhile, fans are convinced that Donut is singer Tom Jones after his clue package revealed he's a singer who shot to fame after a "mega-hit."

Donut, Candelabra, and Anteater return next Wednesday for Troll Night on The Masked Singer at 8 pm ET on Fox. Fans can also tune in to brand new episodes with subscriptions to DirectTVFuboSling TV, and Hulu Live.
