William Lewald “Bill” Hutchinson is a real estate developer, founder, president, and CEO of Dallas-based Dunhill Partners, Inc.
The 63-year-old hails from Detroit, Michigan, and began his career in real estate leasing spaces.
Hutchinson eventually founded and transformed Dunhill Partners into an investment company and raised capital from outside investors.
The firm gained popularity and is now one of the top real estate companies in the US specializing in commercial retail.
Hutchinson was arrested on July 6, 2021, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old female at his home back in May, according to an affidavit obtained by Fox News.
What are the accusations against Bill Hutchinson?
The victim alleged that Hutchinson "inappropriately" touched her while she was in her bedroom, including "massages, touching of her breast and nipples."
She also claimed to police that Hutchinson “digitally penetrated her vagina with his finger without her consent" when she was intoxicated and had fallen asleep on the couch.
The teenager claimed she was "frozen with fear and [Hutchinson] only stopped when he noticed blood on his finger," the affidavit states.
She had been staying with Hutchinson and his family since March of 2021.
The teen was living at his house so she could finish her junior year at the local high school as her family moved to another area of the state.
Among those living in the home is Hutchinson’s 23-year-old fiancée Brianna Ramirez, a 13-year-old biological son, a 16-year-old daughter of his ex-wife, and another 17-year-old female who witnesses claimed Hutchinson has legal guardianship of.
The victim also claimed to have witnessed "on multiple occasions Hutchinson provide alcohol and allow the children to smoke marijuana."
Authorities also claim that they received a video involving another minor in the home alleging similar behavior by Hutchinson at his home in Laguna Beach, California.

Hutchinson has denied the accusations in a statement to TMZ on Thursday, July 8.
